Take part in this year's Children in Need fundraiser at your local school or at home! Find out how below...
The Children in Need appeal has been going since 1927 on the radio! In 1955, Children in Need first hit the television and since then it has become a cornerstone in British culture. Every year we donate millions to children in our own country and around the world who desperately need our support.
Many primary schools across the country are taking part and doing their bit to raise money and awareness. You can download plenty of free resources from the BBC Children in Need website, including lessons and fun activities throughout the day!
There are many different ways to raise funds, raise as a fancy dress or pyjama day! You can also do some sponsored activities, such as running or swimming. As well as this, you can buy the official merchandise or sell something of your own, such as a bake sale or a raffle.
However you decide to support this amazing cause, you are making a difference to children everywhere.
